My impact

#1: Enabled real-time stock price with yfinance (a scraper for Yahoo Finance) through AWS Lambda.

#2: Assisted in the transition from Jinja2 and Bootstrap to React with MaterialUI.

#3: Built an ExpressJS web service with PostgreSQL for the database.

Firsthand experience with NodeJS/ExpressJS

This was my first time trying ExpressJS in specific, and NodeJS in general. The coding experience was one of the best!

Exposure to AWS

We tried out Lambda, API Gateway, and S3. It was really convenient, however, the UI was a bit disappointing

Sharpen our collaborating skill

We were introduced to the Agile Methodology and the sprint concept.
